The biggest change in this release might be the new language: Dutch. But some critical bugfixes make it a worthwhile update also for non-Dutch users.

Thanks a lot to Johan van der Lingen for the translation of the whole kOOL UI to Dutch. He has already translated most of the documentation as well.

A new API for maps plugins has been added. So check the map plugins.

Many bugs have been fixed in this release, so every admin is encouraged to update to this new release. Check the release notes for more information about the changes.
