New tracking module, removed old module news and many usability improvements.

This release brings a new module tracking to track the attendance of your members in courses, small groups etc.

The general usability of kOOL has been improved in many different places with this release. New filters have been added to the people module.

The old news module has been removed with this release. Newsletters should now be managed with groups and the news for the front page are now managed in the admin module. Read the update instructions before updating!
